Corporate Solicitor (3-6yrs PQE)

Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with this Legal 500 Firm who are looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor into their team.

The Firm focus on building long-term relationships with their clients and have a strong regional reputation with an impressive range of clients.

The role is a varied position ranging from M&As, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, restructuring, mergers and Intellectual Property licences along with lending and security.

Requirements of the Role:-

• Corporate Solicitor - 3-6yrs PQE
• Good experience of running a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills.
• Experience in marketing, networking and business development activities.

Hours - Flexible/Hybrid offered.
