About the Role
The successful Corporate Senior Associate will be encouraged to play a leading role in advising large corporate clients (often international organisations), ambitious investee companies and high net worth individuals on M&A, early stage investments, reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, option schemes and other day-to-day corporate law matters.
Assisting and advising on all aspects of company law, private company mergers and acquisitions, early stage investment transactions and MBOs and MBIs, joint ventures and investor/shareholders' agreements, articles of association and other constitutional documents, demergers, company reconstructions and reorganisations.
