Our national law firm client are looking to recruit an experienced corporate lawyer to join their growing practice.

This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of an innovative and collaborative team, with a focus on supporting Private Equity portfolios and Strategic Corporate clients on all elements of their Group Development including designing and delivering bespoke acquisition and disposal programs, associated restructurings and wider related work.
