A fantastic and rare opportunity has arisen at a Top 150 Law firm for a Corporate Commercial lawyer to work from home.

Our client is a large regional outfit with offices across the North West. Due to continued client wins an opportunity has arisen within their Corporate Commercial department for a solicitor to deal with a mixed caseload on behalf of SME clients. Our client is known for its flexible and supportive approach with its employees and consequently, whilst its offices in Greater Manchester can be used if the relevant candidate desires, our client can support someone entirely on a home working, remote basis for this position - regardless of what happens with COVID.

As a Corporate Commercial Solicitor you will be working on a range of matters including

  • Share and asset sales and purchases
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Restructures
  • Employee schemes
  • Shareholder agreements and other commercial documents
  • General commercial work including drafting terms and conditions
  • Supporting the property and employment teams

The role will suit a Corporate Commercial solicitor who has at least 2 years PQE and can hit the ground running with a varied caseload.
