Corporate Commercial Lawyer (Mid-Senior Associate)

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a Legal 500 and Lexcel Accredited firm in East London. Our client is looking for an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join their busy and hard-working team, currently made up of 8 experienced lawyers.

Our client has worked with numerous big companies over many years and has built up a great client focused reputation for themselves, this has helped them continually grow the firm and be one of the leading firms in the UK.

Responsibilities:

The role will involve a varied caseload which will include, but is not limited to:

  • Commercial contracts
  • Shareholder rights and shareholder agreements
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Business sales and purchases
  • Corporate Finance

Requirements:

  • You will have 5+ years PQE, although all applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills with a key focus on client care
  • Proficient in to running you own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Prior supervisory experience of more junior fee earners is beneficial
  • Experienced in business development and marketing
