Are you an experienced legal secretary looking for a full time, permanent opportunity based in Birmingham city centre? If so, this top tier law firm is looking for a legal secretary to join their expanding corporate & banking department, where you will work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

You will work in a large team alongside other legal secretaries, where you will provide secretarial support in Birmingham to a team of fee earners within the corporate & banking department. Your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Audio typing (Big Hand)
  • Typing & drafting documents and correspondence
  • Diary management
  • Assisting with and drafting bills
  • Using the firm's case management system.
You must have at least 5 years' experience working as a corporate & banking legal secretary, preferably within a similar department, in order to be considered for this role. You must also have excellent audio typing skills, excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as being able to work on Microsoft packages.
