Based in the London offices of an international law firm, this role is a real opportunity for someone to undertake a superb quality of M&A, JV and PE work.

The position will suit a hard working ambitious solicitor who seeks to work on complex multi-jurisdictional deals.
· Qualified (or soon to be qualified) solicitor in England & Wales;
· UK Corporate M&A, JV and PE experience;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Strong academic record.
