Corporate Associate

Joining a Legal500 top tier international law firm who have an outstanding reputation, this particular opportunity will be based in Edinburgh where their well-regarded Corporate team seeks an additional associate/senior associate.

You will join an experienced team and have excellent exposure to high quality matters including (not an exhaustive list) mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate governance and advisory work. There may also be an element of overseeing the work of more junior members within the team.

Offering an opportunity to travel to various events both within the UK and internationally, as well as real career progression prospects and a collaborative working environment. The successful candidate will have gained at least 4 years' PQE within corporate law, be commercially minded and be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for this area of work.
