Ambitious corporate associate, looking to join a market-leading firm with ambitious growth plans?
My client is a Top 100 firm with a national presence which has taken huge strides forward in the market in recent times, and which is looking to maintain this growth as it establishes itself as the ‘go to’ firm for high quality professional advice. As part of this strategy the firm is seeking to bolster its offering in the East Midlands through the recruitment of an experienced corporate associate who is looking to be a part of thriving and growing team.
You will be providing high quality advice to an enviable client base of household names, FTSE-listed PLCs and blue-chips, with involvement in a full-range of mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, MBO/MBIs and restructuring, as well as advising on corporate finance and private equity matters.
Due to the structure of the team it is likely that the successful recruit will have accrued between 5-7yrs PQE within a leading commercial firm, and will be able to offer not just strong technical knowledge but also a client-oriented and commercial approach to the law.
You will have the opportunity to work on high quality transactions from Day One, as well as clear scope for career progression for top performers as the firm prides itself on being a genuine meritocracy. Remuneration is at the top end of the market and is designed to attract the best talent available.
