Our client a boutique commercial practice based in London is seeking an intelligent and ambitious construction solicitor (2/3PQE+) to join lean and friendly construction team.

The Team
* Notwithstanding the market conditions this team has a wealth of work both contentious and non-contentious and needs an additional member to shoulder the caseload;
* Advising at the outset of a project on procurement & contract drafting, advising during the course of a project on problems that arise, & advising on the bringing & defending of claims, brought via Litigation, Arbitration / Adjudication;
* Projects range from retail developments, civil engineering, road building to petro-chemical, land remediation, landscaping and power stations. Clients are wide ranging including developers, consultants and contractors.

You Will:-
* Be at least 3/4PQE+;
* Have hands on experience of construction work at recognised practice / team;
* Be looking for an opportunity to grow and develop in experience and career;
* Have excellent client skills / business development & marketing;

The Team is happy to consider Australian and New Zealand qualified lawyers.
