Training & Development Manager - Conveyancing firm - Cheshire
This award winning conveyancing firm represents a wide range of clients from national developers through to private clients. Part of the conveyancing association, the firm holds the CQS (conveyancing quality scheme) and uses innovative technology to ensure it offers a consistently efficient and informative service to its clients. Due to a recent promotion, the team is now looking to recruit a training manager deliver residential conveyancing training to new and existing members of its award winning team.
The role is varied and will involve carrying out new staff induction sessions, identifying skill gaps in members of staff across the business, designing and delivering training and carrying out regular update sessions in relation to practices and procedures to include anti bribery / money laundering and compliance.
It is essential you have a long standing background working in the conveyancing sector as you will be delivering training to new and existing conveyancing team members in relation to the entire process. Previous experience in a training capacity is preferred.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced conveyancing trainer to work with a growing and progressive firm OR a conveyancing fee earner looking to diversify in their career whilst still using their wealth of knowledge and experience in the residential property sector.
