Are you a Residential Conveyancer who is tired of commuting and would like to work from home?

We are currently recruiting home working conveyancing technical specialists for one of the largest conveyancing law firms in the UK, who are expanding nationally.

This role is unique in that you will not handle your own conveyancing caseload, but instead step in when other fee earners have a particularly challenging or complex technical matter including unregistered titles, Deeds of Trust, Deeds of Variation and Lease extensions etc. This will free up the fee earners' time for more simple transactions, and once resolved you will hand the case back to the conveyancer to finish up and complete.

Due to the very nature of this position, you will have limited contact with clients, yet all of your technical conveyancing expertise can be used to full effect.

In order to benefit from this rare technical conveyancing position, you will already be an experienced conveyancer who is well accustomed to managing a complex caseload with very minimal support.

You could be a licensed conveyancer, solicitor or legal executive, with at least 5 years' experience. You will need to reside in the UK.

For more information please apply or contact Becky Newton at G2 Legal.
