As a Conveyancing Team Manager for one of Yorkshire's leading conveyancing teams in Leeds, you will provide effective conveyancing and management support as well as considering your team’s wellbeing on a day-to-day basis.

This is a pure management position (no fee earning) and as a Conveyancing Team Manager you will be responsible for your team members’ training, progression and wellbeing. You will help identify any development needs within the team whilst embracing and encouraging the training. You will also be responsible for supervising, training, coaching and mentoring your team members and therefore assisting in their individual progression.

You will also facilitate ‘on team’ training to help develop your team members. You will undertake monthly 1 to 1s with each team member to review their results and praise where appropriate, as well as discuss and plan areas requiring improvement.

Training will be given on a day-to-day basis through Team Manager meetings, onsite training and guidance provided by the Leadership Team. You will also receive operational training, coaching and mentoring.
