Brand new opportunity at this quality Legal 500 law firm who have recently received an influx of new work and who are undergoing national expansion plans within their conveyancing department. The conveyancing team will be based in Lancashire within easy rail and motorway transport links as well as on site parking.

The role will see you manage a caseload of circa 70 - 90 files with a mix of freehold & leasehold transactions for sales & purchase, right to buy, new build, transfer of equity, shared ownership and equity release matters. Work will range from low to high value, so prior experience of dealing with complex transactions will be beneficial.

Ideally you will have gained at minimum of 3 years as a Conveyancing Fee Earner and have previously supervised or managed a team. There is currently a mix of work in place, provided by local sources such as estate agents & lenders as well national conveyancing panels.

It is pivotal that you are able to multi-task and work to a high standard whilst doing so, as this department will be expanding rapidly over the coming months so you may be expected to train new staff, supervise and fee earn in the absence of the partner.

Salary is based on experience level however will fall between £32k - £44k with a fantastic benefits scheme (pension, BUPA, medical insurance, Buy & Sell, Flexi-Time, 25 Days Holidays etc...) and bonus package. Please call Nick Skelly at QED Legal for further information on this role.
