The Real Estate team acts for many of the top 10 housebuilders on a wide range of acquisitions and disposals, consortia and regeneration work. Our deal and client coverage is unparalleled – external commentators often refer to us as one of the largest Real Estate practices and there are very few firms that have such a varied portfolio of work.
The role:
The purpose of this role is to:
* manage and supervise the existing plot sales team;
* undertake own plot conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion;
* undertake part exchange and re sales transactions;
This role involves regular interaction with both internal stakeholders (other departments/teams) and external stakeholders/clients (well known housebuilding and residential development clients) to build and maintain client relationships.
