We are recruiting a full time Paralegal to join a busy Residential Conveyancing team on behalf of a recognised firm based in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop his or her skills in this particular area of law.

The ideal candidate will be forward thinking, dynamic with a modern approach to working within a busy, professional team. 

Previous residential conveyancing experience is desirable.

Key duties will include:

  • Supporting the Team Leader and Senior Paralegal
  • Dealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
  • Utilising case management software and familiarity with conveyancing case management systems is desirable
  • Creating and amending property related documentation
  • Dealing with ordering routine property searches 
  • Production of routine correspondence 
  • Helping out other members of the team whenever possible 
  • Diary management 
  • Filing
  • Post completion
