Role – Conveyancing Manager / Fee Earner – Ideally Qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor or ILEx or by experience of 3-5 years Plus

Location – Milton Keynes - with possible options at other offices in Hertfordshire / Cambridgeshire or Northamptonshire.


Salary - £30K - £45K+ – dependent on experience + PLUS Bonus structure dependent on the fee income / target that is mutually agreed.

Our Client is a growing firm with offices in Northampton, Milton Keynes, St. Neots and Baldock in rural Hertfordshire, looking to continue their growth in 2019 and beyond. THEY HAVE HAD THEIR BEST 6 MONTHS EVER AND SO THIS IS A GREAT TIME TO JOIN THIS EXPANDING FIRM.


They pride themselves in providing a personal approach to their Clients, providing every client with a named contact, as well as a small support team to facilitate their case as quickly and efficiently as possible.


They focus on high value / quality cases from a range of quality Introducers across the country who continue to provide repeat business due to the quality of service they provide. They aim to provide a more personalised, quality service than some of the mass volume Conveyancing Firms. Junior members of the teams filter all calls and pass only those required to Case Handlers. Allowing them to focus on progressing the case and provide a high quality customer service.




·         They are looking to hire an experienced Conveyancer / Solicitor to help further develop the Milton Keynes office. They are looking for an applicant with a desire to go out and win business and further develop existing business / relationships. This person will also mentor and develop others as well as being a ‘hands-on’ case handler. They are therefore looking for an ‘all-rounder’.

·         The right applicant can expect excellent career progression and rewards. You should be someone with good experience in general conveyancing and have their own contacts of Introducers to supplement sourcing and developing new fee earning relationships as well as developing the current spectrum of business.

·         You will need to be an outgoing and proactive individual who works well both on their own and in a team. This will suit someone looking to work for a Firm that gives more of a personal service to their clients.
