A mid-sized high street firm is looking for a Conveyancing Manager to manage a department of 20 staff at their head office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful Conveyancing Manager will be able to deal with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files of sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties. You will be progressing the files after taking instruction of them ensuring client contact throughout the process, whilst working to specific time frame. You must also be able to manage a department of 20 staff, conducting performance reviews and setting team targets.
Key Skills & Experience:
The firm is looking for an experience Conveyancing Manager who has management experience and at least 2 years solid experience in a similar role, you do not need to be qualified to apply for this role, but it is an advantage.
You must have a commercial mindset and it would be advantageous if you have experience of using a web-based case management system.
* Salary NOE in the region of £30,000 - £35,000
* 20 days holidays + Statutory
