My client is one of the UK's leading law firms in conveyancing and is now looking for an experienced conveyancing legal technical specialist to join the team. This role can offer a wide variety of benefits including the opportunity to work from home all of the time!

This role is unique in that you will not handle your own conveyancing caseload, but instead step in when other fee earners have a particularly challenging, or complex technical matter including; unregistered titles, Deeds of Trust, Deeds of Variation and Lease extensions etc. This will free up the fee earners time for more simple transactions, and once resolved you will hand the case back to the conveyancer to finish up and complete.

Due to the nature of this position, you will have limited contact with clients, yet all of your technical conveyancing expertise can be used to full effect.

In order to benefit from this rare technical conveyancing position, you will already be an experienced conveyancer that is well accustomed to managing a complex caseload with very minimal support. You could be a licensed conveyancer, solicitor or legal executive, with at least 5 years of experience. You will need to reside in the UK.
