RolesConveyancing – Graduates / Legal Assistants  / Paralegals – 6+ Months experience of Transactional Conveyancing or 12 – 18 months+ Remortgage experience

Salary - £16K - £20K PLUS EXCELLENT BONUS AND BENEFITS – (See below)

Location – Central Leeds

Hours – 35 hours - 9-5 – M-F - FLEXIBILITY

Job Purpose: To assist Fee Earners dealing with enquiries from clients, estate agents, law firms, mortgage advisors and referrers

Key Responsibilities:

Dealing  with Clients, Agents, Law Firms, etc  in a professional manner either on the telephone or face to face

Updating referrer websites.

Acknowledging agents particulars, drafting contracts and dealing with enquiries raised by solicitors where able to, applying for searches, exchange letters and dealing with the completion matters on the day that completion takes place - (involving all correspondence, release of keys, updating clients and all parties on completion progress).

Completing registrations.

 

Personality:

Well-presented and professional.

Positive outlook with a proactive focus on giving the best service to both clients & colleagues.

Reliable, understanding and patient.

 

Essential Skills:

Ability to communicate with all ages.

At least 6-9 months Sale & Purchase experience OR 12 – 18 months Remortgage experience to be cross trained.

Must be adept at MS Office 2007 or later, particularly E-mail, Internet, Word & Excel.

Must have at least 4 GCSE’s including English & preferably Maths.
