A leading property firm in London is looking to grow their team by taking on a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant. This firm pride themselves on their high-quality workload and delivering exceptional service to their clients. On top of this, the firm has a progressive and lovely working environment for their staff.
The successful candidate will be a residential property all-rounder and will have experience handling conveyancing cases from opening, up until completion. Duties and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Working one-on-one with a fee earner and assisting them with their caseloads
- Communicating with clients in person, over the phone and over email
- Taking charge of cases in the fee earners absence
- Dealing with incoming client queries
The successful candidate MUST have experience dealing with a busy, full caseload.
Location: London, near a mainline station
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000
