Our client is seeking an experienced conveyancing assistant to join their team.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 12 months conveyancing experience and have good knowledge and understanding of the process.
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls and emails with SLA
- Prepare completion packs and lodge SDLT forms and payments
- Prepare correspondence and legal documents using case management system
- Progress files within the relevant time limit
- Working alongside the fee earner to assist with sales and purchase files from start to finish
- Order searches, redemption statements, land registry documents and management packs
