Conveyancing Lawyer - Suffolk

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a very friendly and busy CQS accredited firm in the heart of East Anglia with an established presence in this market town.

Due to their sustained growth and recent change in circumstances, they are seeking a qualified lawyer to join a friendly and busy conveyancing team who have vast experience in residential property matters. From day one, you will feel very much part of a team and you will have a first-class support network around you.

Responsibilities:
As the Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be used to running your own mixed caseload and the team handle a range of transactions for both freehold and leasehold properties, including:

• Sales
• Purchases
• Remortgages
• New Builds
• Right to Buy
• Shared Ownership
• Transfers of Equity
• Lease Extension

Requirements:

• Ideally you will be a Solicitor, CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer or working towards qualification
• Excellent client care skills
• You will be a team player
• Committed to providing a high level of service at all times to your clients
