The Role:
-You will be working within a close knit highly experienced team dealing with a residential property caseload from start to finish
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Remortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity
Requirements:
-As a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or a Residential Conveyancer you must have experience running your own residential property caseload
-Must be able to work within a team
-Excellent communication skills
