Conveyancing Associate

A well-performing London firm is looking for a Conveyancer to join their property team, based in South London.


THE FIRM AND THE ROLE

The firm is long-standing and well experienced in managing all kinds of Conveyancing transactions. They really value client care and as such, their clients come back to them time after time. As a Conveyancer in the team, you will manage a varied caseload of property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new build purchases, shared ownership transactions, deeds of variations of leases, right-to-buy transactions, transfers of equity, help-to-buy matters and licenses to assign.


ABOUT YOU

- You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- You will have around 2 years of PQE
- You will be confident in managing a caseload of property matters
- You will be confident in business development
