Conveyancing Assistant/Junior Case Manager

New Build Conveyancing Assistant - Cheshire or Liverpool

THE FIRM

- Dynamic and innovative law firm is recruiting for experienced conveyancing assistants to join its award winning residential property team
- The firm provides legal services to clients ranging from private individuals through to major national developers
- Highly accredited, the firm holds the CQS (conveyancing quality scheme) and has won a number of awards in recent years

THE ROLE

- Working closely with the Conveyancer to progress a caseload of new build transactions through to completion
- Managing a case load of your own conveyancing transactions with the guidance of your manager
- Preparing legal documentation as requires
- Using a case management systems

REQUIREMENTS

- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar conveyancing role is essential
- Must have experience using a case management system, experience of Proclaim would be an advantage
