My client who is a well-respected and established law firm based in the heart of Leeds city centre. They are currently looking for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their residential property team.
You will be responsible for assisting Fee Earners in all support duties whist maintaining files in an organised fashion as well as speaking to clients either taking instructions or providing an update either over the phone or in person when required. You may also deal with New Builds and will be liaising with HCA by submitting specific forms. Other tasks include but not limited to;
You will possess a high level of interpersonal skills including written and oral communication, IT literacy would be useful as well as previous experience of working in Conveyancing. You will be assertive, articulate and will be self-confident. You will be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
