** RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT **

Permanent, full time.

My client, a highly regarded multi service Legal 500 law firm is now looking for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join their fantastic property team.

Criteria for the role;

• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent phone manner
• Work effectively in a team or on own initiative
• Highly organised
• Effective time management
• Computer literate
• Able to work to deadlines
• Focus on accuracy at all times
• Able to work in a busy, fast paced environment

The role will involve assisting with the conveyancing solicitors and also general admin duties. Previous conveyancing experience is essential.
