-You will be working within a close knit highly experienced team assisting a residential conveyancer with the full remit of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Remortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity

Requirements:

-Must have experience assisting a conveyancer with a residential property caseload
-Must be able to work within a team
-Excellent communication skills
