Conveyancing Assistant

Our client based in Chester is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing department on a full-time permanent basis. The firm operates an employee ownership model, of which they are rightly very proud. This is rare and goes a long way in demonstrating that their employees are at the heart of everything they do.

You will be tasked with assisting Fee Earners with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing from inception to post-completion. They have a very close-knit team that work closely with other departments including the Commercial Property and Private Client departments.

This a rare opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Paralegal to develop their skills at a firm with low staff turnover, that genuinely values staff, and almost exclusively promotes from within.
