Conveyancing Assistant-Chapel Allerton

The Firm

The Role:

-Supporting fee earners handling a caseload from inception through to post completion
-The role will be varied and will involve:
* Carrying out Land Registry searches
* Drafting sales contracts
* Liaising with clients
* Exchanging contracts
* Requesting redemption statements
* Handling completions
* Post Completion files

Requirements:

-Must have experience in sale and purchase
-Be able to work within a team
