My client, a well established law firm based in the heart of Liverpool, is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their Residential Property Department.
This is an excellent career opportunity and on a day to day basis this role will consist of assisting a fee earner in the sales and purchase of Residential Property from initiation to completion. Daily duties will include approval of draft contracts, approval of draft leases, raising initial enquiries for freehold and leasehold transactions, replying to sales enquiries, preparing purchase reports, dealing with mortgage offers, special conditions and preparation of mortgage reports.
The successful Conveyancing Assistant candidate must have a minimum of 12months experience. Experience of assisting a fee earner and have relevant Conveyancing experience assistant on sale and purchase files is essential
The salary on offer for this role is negotiable depending on experience with potential for progression.
