This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join a full service law firm as a conveyancing assistant. The residential property team have won various awards for their conveyancing services and due to growth have created brand new paralegal positions.

Responsibilities of your new role

In this paralegal role, you will join a busy, friendly and supportive residential property team. You will work alongside an experienced fee earner from inception through to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:
*Opening/closing files
*Drafting contracts
*Ordering searches
*Land registry work

You will gain a lot of hands on experience, allowing you to progress your conveyancing career. The firm actively promote career progression, so this could be an excellent opportunity if you are a driven, ambitious paralegal and keen to progress to fee earner.

Candidate profile

To be successful, you will be a paralegal who demonstrates:

*Previous experience within residential conveyancing
*A good understanding of the conveyancing process
*Excellent communication skills
