-The role will be varied and will involve:
* Carrying out Land Registry searches
* Drafting sales contracts
* Liaising with clients
* Exchanging contracts
* Requesting redemption statements
* Handling completions
* Post Completion files
-Must have experience in assisting with a sale and purchase caseload
-Be able to work well within a team
