Highly successful firm in Bath seek a Conveyancing Assistant.
Our client is currently in search of an administrative professional experienced in conveyancing matters to join its busy office in Somerset. The successful candidate shall provide administrative support to the residential property team.
• File management
• Undertaking searches
• Preparing and submitting documents
• Diary management
• General administrative duties
• Applications are encouraged from administrative professionals with experience in conveyancing matters
• Experience conducting Land Registry searches is desirable
• Ideally have completed of currently undertaking a legal qualification
• Possess strong verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office systems
