Job Title
Conveyancing Administrator - HPL - LincolnOur Administrative team plays a huge part in making sure our new client files get off to a good start. They speak to clients and check details and instructions. They speak to estate agents, solicitors, input data, download information, create documents and generally get our clients files in good order to hand over to our Conveyancing Executives and their Personal Assistants.We believe this role is a great place to start if you don’t have any conveyancing experience but are genuinely interested in working in residential conveyancing and are keen to learn more and progress.The successful Candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the team by providing administrative support. Duties will include opening new Client matters on the Firm’s bespoke case management system and telephone liaison with Clients and Agents.Our ideal applicant will be enthusiastic and genuinely interested in working in this industry. We require GCSEs at Grade C or above in English and Mathematics and it is essential the candidate is computer literate with good keyboard skills.
