The Role

We are looking for someone with property experience who may have some

experience or interest in Private Client work, although this is not essential, at

our Ipswich office.

The main areas of work to be dealt with will be transfers of equity, declarations

of trust, dealing with deeds of gift, assents, transferring property trusts and

dealing with some property transactions although these will be limited.

All training will be given but conveyancing knowledge required including dealing with AP1 applications.

Essential Skills
 Knowledge and previous experience of conveyancing
 Experience of working in office environment, prioritising and organising own

work;
 Good use of Word and generally strong IT skills
 Demonstrable excellence in client care/customer service
 Strong academic background
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong organisation and negotiation skills
 Ability to work under pressure
Competencies
 Positive outlook
 Team player
 Professional
 Personable
 Caring
 Capable of demonstrating self-improvement
