Conveyancer
A law firm in the North Hampshire area has a requirement for a residential conveyancer to join their busy conveyancing team.
The Firm
A law firm with strategically located offices and offering a comprehensive legal service to business and individual clients. The firm has a number of high net worth clients and enjoys very good quality work.
The Role
The conveyancer will need a minimum of 2 years experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion and registration, including sales, purchases, transfers & re-mortgages and you will be used to dealing with a high volume of matters whilst working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work, achieving set targets and adhering to client service level agreements.
The Candidate
The ability to work as part of a team is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in using a case management system is desirable.
This role is open to solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers and experienced paralegals.
