Conveyancer

South Manchester

QED Legal are working with a friendly high street practice in South Manchester who are looking for either a qualified conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their small and friendly property department.

The role will be to carry a full caseload of sale and purchase matters from inception to completion with support. You will have dealt with the full remit of residential property including freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered land, new build, help to buy, transfers of equity etc.

This is not a large conveyancing factory, or call centre setup. The role will appeal to those who prefer a more traditional, face to face, client centric way of working. Lots of work is client repeat business, referrals/word of mouth recommendations and excellent relationships with local 3 rd party professionals such as estate agents and mortgage advisors.

As the firm is smaller, it has much more of a family feel, with flexibility and a work life balance.

Salary is dependant on experience + benefits.

If you would like to hear more about this role please contact Nick Skelly at QED Legal for a confidential chat.
