An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well respected solicitors on the Essex/East London border.

 

Our client seeks a dynamic and driven Residential Conveyancer to join their established and successful Residential Property team.

 

The successful applicant will be able to hit the ground running, have first-class client care skills and the ability to communicate in a clear and precise manner.

 

You will benefit from an existing, established Residential Property caseload however it is essential that you can demonstrate keen business development skills and a desire to grow the department. You will be required to meet with local estate agents, attend marketing events and help to create marketing campaigns in order to achieve this.

Requirements:

2+ years PQE

 

Must have good business development and marketing experience

 

Ability to manage a busy and varied Residential Property caseload to including sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), re-mortgages and transfer of equity files from initial instruction through to post completion

 

 Ability to prioritise work
