Clayton Legal are proud to bring to you a role based in Southport, working for a well-established, successful and law firm as a Residential Conveyancer within their property team and wondered if it could be of interest?
On a day to day basis this Residential Conveyancer role will consist of dealing with the sales and purchase from initiation to completion, managing a caseload of residential matters and will work under and report to the firms Property Partner, who has overall responsibility for supervision, compliance and development.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a Residential Conveyancer role, handling their own case-load from start to finish.
Salary for this Residential Conveyancer role is competitive but dependent upon previous property experience.
