My client is a highly experienced law firm based across the East Midlands they are currently looking for experienced Conveyancers within the Nottingham area to join a busy New Build Estates Department ¿ Good understanding of the conveyancing process is essential however training can be provided within Plot Sales.

Duties will include:
Managing a full caseload.
Residential freehold and leasehold.
Acting for lenders.
Unregistered property.
New Builds.

The Ideal candidate:
Solicitor/ Fee Earner/ Legal Executive/ CILEX
Must have experience managing own caseload.
Must be able to work under pressure.
