Our client is an international data company with offices in London, providing vital information to the automotive industry.
Role
We are looking for a commercial contracts manager, experienced in reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements with clients and third-party suppliers.
This includes sales and partner contracts, IP licensing agreements, subscription agreements, non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, product and service descriptions.
You will be required to reflect on agreed changes in contractual documents; draft responses to customer requests and changes to our client's standard terms and conditions.
The international nature of the work means that a second language is a must. Ideally German or Polish. French, Spanish and Italian are also desirable.
Remote Working
This role will be indefinitely remote. Therefore we are accepting applications from the whole of the UK and the Europe.
