An expanding, multi-office Legal 500 is looking to add to their dispute resolution department with a primary focus of assisting a Head of Department in servicing and growing an already existing Contentious Probate offering.

Due to the nature of the role and specialism, my client can and will consider applications from experienced Paralegals, Newly Qualified or experienced Solicitors and/or Legal Executives. It is hoped that you will have a minimum of 6 months experience dealing with contested matters, such as but not limited to:

  • Wills & Probate disputes
  • Estate administration disputes and claims
  • Inheritances claims
  • Intestacy

Depending on your level of experience, ACTAPs qualification or desire to be supported in working towards this would be advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career and will see you working as part of a much larger and supportive litigation team that advises the business and private communities on a broad range of commercial and civil disputes.

The successful applicant will be offered a competitive salary and benefits to include: enhanced bonus, Death in Service, 25 days holiday, parking, pension and client referral scheme.

To discuss this opportunity and the chance to join a really supportive and friendly firm then please do contact me on 012********* / 078*******9 / ********@bwflegal.co.uk
