The Role

Our Client is looking to recruit an experienced and established Contentious Construction Lawyer to join their existing Construction & Engineering team and support our ambitious growth strategy.

The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with construction, engineering and energy disputes including adjudication, arbitration and litigation in the TCC and will have experience and knowledge of the major forms of contract including the JCT, NEC, FIDIC and IChemE suites.

Requirements

They require a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who can work with autonomy and with minimal supervision.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established fee earner with an appetite to help develop the firms existing contentious Construction & Engineering offering. Senior level appointments are available for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities:

* to be able to work on their own
* to manage a case load from start to finish
* to demonstrate trust and initiative
* dedicated to helping our clients
* maintain the integrity of the firm

Qualified Solicitor with the relevant experience in Contentious Construction Law
