THE ROLE:
Our highly reputable national client is looking grow their firm with the addition of a Senior Solicitor on a Self-Employed basis to bolster their already impressive offering. In this flexible role you will have the opportunity to take charge of your career, choosing the hours you work and the files you handle, working from home and only attending the office when you have meetings, working with your existing client base as well as undertaking business development to build on your success. The firm will help with marketing and work generation, but it is encouraged that consultants view cases that the firm can refer to them as a bonus rather than what they rely on. This is an excellent opportunity to move away from the constraints of a traditional law firm setting to really focus on what matters most to you, building relationships with your clients which results in fee income.

The firm is particularly interested in speaking to experienced solicitors or partners who can be based anywhere in any discipline and who undertake English and Welsh law but we are not currently looking for conveyancing or personal injury solicitors. It's the perfect opportunity for a dedicated lawyer looking to work on a self employed basis - perhaps you are looking for the bridge between setting up your own firm or fed up with the constraints within a large commercial firm. Whatever you reasons, we are open to having a confidential discussion.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
A generous fee-share package is on offer of at least 60% of the recovered fees. There is also a fee share of 15% when the consultant introduces work done by the firm or another consultant, as an incentive to keep work referrals internally.
