This highly regarded national law firm is recruiting for a construction solicitor at circa 4 - 5pqe to join their team in the East Midlands. 

The team specialise in all aspects of construction law from strategic procurement advice to dispute resolution.

The successful candidate should have a good understanding of contentious construction law including experience of adjudications. The role will also include dealing with non-contentious matters such as advising on, drafting and negotiation of building contracts, warranties, professional appointments and bonds.

The team advise a wide range of clients from property developers to contractors, higher education bodies to private individuals.  The successful candidate should also have a keen interest in business development and an interest in joining a dynamic and growing firm.
