I am working with an exceptional Top 40 law practice who are looking for a Construction Solicitor to join their team in Liverpool. The office is close to excellent transport links and amenities
The team is one of the largest construction teams based in the North West having expanded rapidly over the past couple of years. The team act on behalf of employers, main contractors, insurers, sub-contractors and members of design teams. In addition, they also handle both domestic and international arbitrations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team who are very sociable and keen supporters of charities having participated in various events in 2017.
Salary is in the region of £45,000, which is flexible depending on experience. The firm also offer an excellent benefits package which includes flexible working, 26 days’ holiday + bank holidays, permanent health insurance, critical-illness cover, death-in-service benefit, childcare vouchers, a pension, BUPA cover, and season ticket loans for travel.
You will ideally have at least 2 years PQE. You will be working directly with the partner in the team who is very well respected in the industry and has been recognised in the Legal 500. You will be advising on all aspects of construction and engineering law, both contentious and non-contentious matters.
You will have excellent time management skills and be able to work under pressure. In addition, you will have a passion and drive for client service and delivering excellent quality. You will also be familiar with using a case management system.
