This well-established and high performing construction team is looking to hire three additional associates for its thriving Birmingham office. Those between NQ and 7PQE will be considered.

The work is varied and challenging – undertaking projects for local, national and international clients. The majority of the work is contentious although the team also does non-contentious construction. On the litigation side, you can expect to have cases in the TCC as well as plenty of international arbitration and ADR – a fantastic spread. It is intellectually challenging work so good academics and training are a must.

The client base is diverse and commonly big-name. Plenty of opportunity for international work and travel.

At the NQ level you will have ideally completed a construction seat although those with a good real estate / commercial and commercial litigation seat will be considered if you have strong academics and had exposure to quality work during your training. Mid-level applicants will ideally have some non-contentious experience such as FIDIC or EPC / Turnkey contracts.

Please contact Kelly Barker to discuss this opportunity in complete confidence.
