The firm, considered industry leaders and experts in construction law, operates throughout the UK and Europe, Africa, Americas, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions.

The successful construction litigation lawyer joining this construction litigation team in London will undertake complex, challenging, high-value, and high profile work in the UK and internationally for engineers, architects, surveyors, design and build contractors, health and safety professionals, and project managers.

This will include advising on:

- Professional negligence
- Domestic litigation
- International arbitration
- DAB/DRB proceedings
- CC litigation
- Adjudication
- Expert determination
- Mediation

This position is ideally suited to candidates with a minimum of 5 years' PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:

- Experience in construction and engineering disputes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and drafting skills
- Strong technical knowledge
- Experience in domestic and cross-border matters
